Lala sorry to hear about your job, fingers crossed that you find something else soonish. What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0

Good morning all
Totals still the same for me as had two small glasses of wine with dinner at Mums last night and then went onto tea:T
Had a lovely time - we had the big unveiling of the Go-Kart for Piglet:D Its fab - my Dad worked really hard on it. And as we were pushing him up and down the lane, the people in the next cottage came out with a chequered flag they'd made for him!!:T:rotfl:
Not sure if AF today, will just wait and see.
Miss P

There are some very sad/strange people out there. I really hope they find a life of their own one day...
7 please Lovely Shaggy!
Thanks for your lovely messages everyone. I'm finding it easier to handle stresses when I don't have a fuzzy head going on. I've already had a look at a few jobs and starting to complete applications!
Well done everyone! We're doing so well and are a terrific support to each other!

Good luck for Monday LittleLiz….I’m new to this too, I had my first AFD last Tuesday (after a delayed start!!)
Not pouring wine into my glass on that first day was the hardest bit, I substituted wine for slimline tonic and to be honest after just one sip I knew that I wouldn’t break my resolve. I’ve had a drink over the weekend (not as much as I usually would) but planning to jump back on the wagon tonight.
The folk on here are incredibly supportive and non judgemental, I’ve taken so much inspiration from this thread….stick with us and you’ll do just fine xxLBM Aug '07 Debt [STRIKE]£52,615[/STRIKE] DEBT FREE Aug '12 :jCap One CC £[STRIKE]5000[/STRIKE]/£0 - HSBC CC £[STRIKE]7500[/STRIKE]/£0 - HSBC Loan £[STRIKE]12,225[/STRIKE]/£0M&S CC £[STRIKE]11,500[/STRIKE]/£0 - Egg CC £[STRIKE]8750[/STRIKE]/£0 - Sains CC £[STRIKE]3000[/STRIKE]/£0HMRC £[STRIKE]3140[/STRIKE]/£0 - OD £[STRIKE]1500[/STRIKE]/£0Pay off ALL your debt by Xmas 2012 £14,128/£14,128 :j0 -
Drat. Far too much wine last night, approx 1.5 bottles of white wine. Feelings of guilt and anxiety today. Anyway, hauled myself back up onto the wagon, and will try not to fall off again next Saturday night.
Well done to everybody who managed to remain AF last night, and those sensible people like Miss P who only had a couple and then went onto cups of tea ...0 -

Good luck with the applications lala. It's good to hear you feeling so positive, amazing what being in control can do.darwins_mum wrote: »Start with Monday, and then take it from there. Don't make it any harder than it needs to be.
