  • Had 5 AFDs this week - no alcohol since Sunday but nothing to tempt me, just a normal school/work week.
Bad weekend ahead - my auntie's funeral Tuesday so my sister and dad to stay( my dad can drink 2 bottles of red in one go) and other sister who can drink a bottle of white. Will try to stay strong.Bring on the lime and soda - cheap date.:j
Plan to have 31 AFDs in May!

Hello peeps, almost time for Bedfordshire now, so I can safely chalk today down as alcohol free.

4 AF days for me this month.

I had a dream last night that I was drinking a glass full of beige emulsion. I wonder what that was all about? I'm halfway through painting the spare room, so there's a connection there...but drinking it?

    Odd.
