I wouldn't find the guy using prostitutes a problem, but I can understand that you find the pimps intimidating. However, if they are just sitting in their cars, then I don't suppose you can do much about it. At least you don't own the property so you will be able to leave in December. It will be a long 8 months, but at least you will be able to leave.

As for the noise, I think this is pretty common in flats and unless he has installed laminate flooring when he isn't allowed to, again there is not much you can do about it.

Everyone has there own opinions and I welcome yours, however I obviously have different expectations out of life to you.
I don't want to live in an area where this is rubbed in my face.
I make no apologies for calling him a pervert, old men who pay young girls to have sex with them are perverted in my opnion.

I do have some sympathy with you (but I don't agree that he is perverted), but I think you should read some of the other threads on this forum about the sort of anti-social behaviour some people have to put up with and you will see that it could be a lot worse.

You never know he may find living above a bigot distasteful.

As far as I can see, he's breaking no laws and if you think you are going to find somewhere to live where everyone has exactly the same standards (high or low) and moral outlook as you then you may be moving quite regularly.

As you clearly have a defined point of view that is at odds with most on here. It wouldn't concern me at all if a bloke nearby uses prostitutes. I can sympathise with the laminate flooring issue though.

You don't actually need an answer to that, do you?

cos you have taken it upon yourself that what your neighbour does in his own bedroom is "your business"

no doubt if you had a gay couple as your nieghbours you would be on here moaning about living next to "perverts" who are rubbing it in your face because you can hear them playing kylie.

I wonder how often these prostitutes are visiting? Lets get some idea of the level of supposed nuisance. An outcall from a prostitute is going to be costing him at least £150 for an hour. Either he's extremely wealthy and choosing to live in a rented flat or these visits aren't terribly frequent.

I think it probably more than that, that going rate rate for someone works "freelance". sounds like this guy is using an agency so the agent and the "driver" needs to take a cut aswell.
