    I signed online, and heard nothing until my pin arrived in the post.

    No email correspondance at all for me, even although they have my email address.

    I have received the agreement forms today to sign and return, I rang them on the 5th and the letter is dated the 6th.Hope that you hear from them soon.No email contact.

    Ive had a classic card for 15 months, i applied for a progress card on the 5th and i recieved my pin yesterday so now just waiting on the card

    heres my story...

    ive had the classic for a year on the 31 march 2011.
    mostly paid in full every month.

    started with £300 limit then went up to £800 after 4 months, havent increased since.

    i applied for the progress card on the 1st of april and today received a letter in the post today 9/4/11 for proof of my date of birth.

    dont know why i got to prove this as i already got the classic with them, seems strange to me. also had a credit search on the 1st of april.

    ill be sending the proof monday so ill update as i can.

    I have got my card on Friday and activated it etc.

    My second cap one account shows on my experian and equifax credit report already.

    Mine was within about 3 days of receiving the PIN I think.

    Pin received on Saturday and online details received today by e-mail
