Just rang to check on mine and it is being delivered today by UKMail if that is of any help to those expecting a delivery. ;)

Well, it arrived at about 2pm and I had about an hour to play with it before my 12 year old nabbed it off me!

She has just given me £40 of her birthday money and asked me to order the pink one for her (so much for saving up for a wii!).

The £10 credit was on straight away and it seems fine but I have one question.

Where the hell do the android apps go once you have downloaded them?

I have downloaded Angry Birds and can't see where it has downloaded to.

I clicked on the 4 box icon at the bottom of the screen which brought up all of the icons but there isn't one there for angry birds.

best thing to do is register online then send a query they rang me back within seconds and sorted it all out for me.

you need a google mail address to use the applications but can register for this on the phone.

i find the keyboard to be very slow but hopefully will get used to it.
recallibrating helped thanks to poster who suggested.

I am assuming I have the free 6 months.

I connected it to my gmail account when I set it up so I am assuming I have it, best I go and double check.

Should I get a text saying I have free 6 months surfing?

send a text saying AL to 150; you will get a reply telling you if you have free internet.
In my experience it doesn't go on automatically, and you will be charged PAYG rates for internet access.

Just ordered one, thanks to all who have posted. I was very undecided on what to get my son for his birthday, this seems just right. Thanks again to everyone posting problems with internet usage and screen response, that will make life a hell of a lot easier as I'm rubbish with gadgets and don't understand manuals. :)

You don't get a manual with this, it's a fold out sheet of paper.

I still needed help from my 12 year old to show me how to use it and she hasn't even seen it before. :o
