I'm glad I read this thread. I did order supplies from them last year, and didn't have any problem, but when I went to find their website today, it had gone, and this thread came up in the Google results. I won't be using them again, having read what others have experienced.0

Hmm. If you ignore all the posts from those who have apparently signed up just to oh so helpfully warn us all, and further ignore all the posts about the legality, then what are you left with?0

oh god, i just ordered from these today, i had no idea!! i've phoned barclaycard just now, they said the payment hadnt been taken and they didnt have the authority to block the transaction, i have to ring back at 7am and speak to the dispute team!!! im really worried though the bloke at barclaycard said the company couldnt take any more than the actual payment as they dont have enough details to do so
just glad i saw this thread, i've been emailing this company all day today after i found out i had initially made an error on the order; and got no reply, despite repeat emails during working hours!!!
lessons learned!!!0 -

thanks, so glad i read this thread though it has really scared me, i didnt realise advocate was prescription only; i was recommended it by another dog owner whose opinion i trust so i was shocked when i looked into the company and the products
if i do receive anything i certainly WONT be using it on my dog!
hopefully i can get barclaycard to stop any transactions!!

When goods don't arrive it is because they have been intercepted by customs and stopped as it is illegal to import prescription only medecines without a licence.
The person ordering is the one who requires the licence and you can be prosecuted. Customs impounding the order is a better alternative.
Been ther, done it, got the tshirt.0
