There will be Mass demand for the stuff now and nothing but shake of the head from puzzled looking parts people:rotfl:0 -
I can't believe that the OP has let the clutch get to that stage.
Get it to a garage ASAP.0 -
Have you called the AA yet? We are all dying to know how you got on with your AA repair.0

i would rather AA told me exactly what needs doing, rather than be conned by a garage.
I def want the AA involved.
1)so i dont get ripped off
2) put my cover policy to use (nothing to lose).
Will be amusing when the AA drop the car off at the main dealer and then OP gets lumbered with the bill from there instead of a decent independent.
Spend a pound to save a penny springs to mind.0 -
have rang up various garages.
halfords and nationwide gave me quotes
- £394
- £584..... but then price matched a quote for £335
- £420
and A1 clutches gave quote for £128
£128? why is this so cheap? should i use this garage?
or go with my local garage for £335? this local garage is quite trustworthy and ive used them a few times with good
experiences.
A1 clutches say they give 2 year warranty.
Nationwide say they give 2 year guarantee.
Is guarantee and warranty the same thing?
Nationwide said they cant price match A1 clutches quote.0 -
So which one do the AA recommend?0
