Draw r ing as in drawing room or drawing closer. It's used by tv presenters quite often. Why doesn't someone tell them it's wrong? Mirrow is another one on the 'house programmes' It's MIRROR!
'2 seconds', used on the phone just before they put me on hold.... do they mean that they'll be back in 2 seconds? because they never are....:(The beautiful thing about learning is nobody can take it away from you.

My pet hate phrase is "actually", commonly used by some at the start, middle and end of a sentence. e.g. "Actually, you can run the idea up a flag pole and actually see who salutes it... actually." or "So, actually, it's agreat product and you can actually see the value every time you use it, actually!"0

People who tell you something they know you either are unhappy about or disagree with and finish the sentence with "OK?" as in "Sorry, I know you have an appointment with us at 2pm today but we can't see you and will have to rebook you for next month, OK?"0
