Well, I don't know - and that's what I meant in my opening post i.e. how can all these shops called "pound-xxxx" manage over a period of time due to inflation? Someone mentioned Pounstretcher earlier and they are different as they have things at all prices already.
I think your over egging the point here a bit. They just will stop stocking the product if it ever came to that. Now eventually these businesses will have to either rebrand the name of the stores to try and compete as things really will get to expensive from them but watch that clip above and you will discover that they buy large amounts of end of line/near end date products at heavily discounted prices.
