My dream list would include a laundry room with walk in linen cupboard and a walk in larder :rotfl:neither are likely to happen but they make nice dreams.
On a more realistic note I'm hoping for some new mixing bowls, the old fashiond mason cash ones, a new cassarole dish and a woopie pie cookbook.
For all those who are hankering after a kitchen aid mixer, I can say they are lovely. I got mine as part of a long term service gift when I got made redundant, it's the one good thing that came out of the redundancy, makes me smile everytime I go in the kitchen. Me and OH weren't going to bother with presents for each other but OH after reading background information on Edwardian Farm discovered that they had done another one before Victorian called "Tales from the Green Valley" which is set in the 1620s (Stuarts) so he ordered it as a joint present to each other!

if money was no object which sadly it is not but heard rave reveiws about the tefal jam maker but its 99.99 but think with better foraging efforts next year could make tonnes of jam as still got 20bags of damsons in freezer.:rotfl:
Still wondering if should save up for one as could pick tonnes of stawberries at farm, have cherries , plums and brambles near me would be next years xmas presents sorted.
A house round corner does homemade jams and sell its on little table .
Do need new roasting tin which is urgent as one I brought does not fit oven.

People keep saying don't take stuff on, say no etc: yet the same people are the ones that are wanting of me, maybe they don't realise? Each says 'tell everyone you can't do anything for them' then ask 'can you do such & such for me/can I book you for' :mad:
Its all becoming very wearing

Havent realy asked for anything OS,as such,but have asked the family that they dont pay full price for anything they buy me;)I like to know theyve been bargain hunting.

Thomas Cook/Thomsons/FirstChoice!!!..etc,but in reality ive asked for a pair of sheepskin slippers,and a book..hoping for either Nigellas Kitchen or River Cottage Everyday.,or even one of the newer Jodi Picoult books...dunno when i last had the luxury of a new(as in not pre-owned) fiction book,as i buy all mine from charity shops normaly.

Week 10,total weightloss is now 13.5lbs Week 11 STSweek 14(I think)..-2, total loss now 1 stone exactly
GOT TO TARGET..1/2lb under now weigh 10st 6.5(lost 1st 3.5lbs)0
