What I do with stale cake Lynz is very simple. I cut slices, put them in bowls, pour golden syrup over them and microwave for 20-30 seconds. Makes a yummy pudding.

Dunno about all the ideas, Quest, but I would certainly give Bread and Butter pudding a try. I *might* add some extra fruit, but I probably wouldn't add extra sugar. And possibly only the lightest smearing of butter.
