Even if it is there, then it's still quite possible that the CRA has mistakenly matched someone else’s real CCJ against you name by mistake. Has happened before. A real CCJ against you should show up on the registry trust, and should also be on Equifax if they have done their job properly.

But they told me the address, and I hadn't given them that address.

I wish I could just find out the details! :(

lol, they told you the address, but didn't actually know if you had even lived there?

    That's DPA issue, isn't it?!

After another phone call to Virgin they told me that it was actually Experian it came up on. So I have been trying to access my account with no luck. Been on the phone to them and as I failed security they are saying there is nothing I can do to get into the account again. I have had several addresses and have no idea which one I would have been living in when I made the account. As as for my home telephone number at that time, no chance of me knowing that!

I don't know what to do, I really need to see the details :(

Can you try setting up another account with a different email address? Try GMail or Hotmail etc.

You can always request the statutory report rather than trying to revive an old creditexpert account if that is what you were trying to do.

Provide the correct details and the statutory £2, and they are obliged to provide the report whether they like it or not.
