They said "a previous address"...so at this stage you don't know which previous address it was registered at.

No, *I* said a previous address. They told me which one it was listed under.

If you've added your previous addresses and it's still not showing up, then it's pretty safe to say you don't have a CCJ.

Ah right, you weren't specific enough lol

I find it strange that they say you have a CCJ at a previous address, but it's not on trust online, or Equifax.

Might be worth getting your £2 reports from Experian and Call Credit for the affected address also.

Equifax I don't trust particularly much, but I agree, if it's not on the Registry Trust site then it most likely doesn't exist.

I would try you hardest to check you Experian report though?

Perhaps it is on there? If even only by mistake? That is not unknown.

I just phoned Virgin (credit card) to ask if they had any further details. It was put on 8th April 2009, and is for £2,500!!!

They use Equifax and Call Credit. So I guess I'll try Call Credit now.

    I feel sick.

Do you owe £2500 to anyone?

    Absolutely not!

I lived with a boyfriend back then who got me in lots of debt though so I'm really panicking he's done something daft... not possible though is it?

It's possible. Like you just said, he got you into "lots of debt".

Great, I guess I have to wait. I really really feel sick.

Try not to worry too much about it. There are things you can look at doing, but first of all you need to find out if you really do have a CCJ and why it was put there.
