    I have cooked 2 giant pork chops in the crockpot. What hell do I do next please ! What can I add to them ? :D He's starting make "feedme" noises !

    I tend to add some mushrooms nd cream of mushroom soup and either serve with mash or rice and peas

    Hi mardatha,

    You could add some cream and mustard to the juices then thicken with a little cornflour (mixed in cold water), or even some tinned tomatoes and garlic.

    ok pinkwinged thanks, I can never find what I'm looking for in here so I tend to yell. I have no mushrooms and no mustard :(

    how about some sliced onions and then make a gravy to go with it, again serve with mash or rice and veg

    or

    you can cover in toms and onions and thicken this with cornflour and serve with mash.....yummy
