I use a tin of tomatoes, chopped onions (very fine if necessary
) and a couple of apples - delicious

I've got loads (well about 8 or so) in the freezer. Had them nearly 3 months because I don't know what to do with them.
All I know is grill them then when they are done cover with Paxo and stick back under for a minute or so then serve with rice. Or, pork in pitta breads!
Can anyone suggest something more inspiring to make me use them up? :undecided0 -
You could have them in a curry sauce. Chop the meat of the bones, fry with some onions and pour over a jar of Asda's 4p curry sauce. To make it s-t-r-e-t-c-h a bit, you could add some extra sultanas, an apple, sweetcorn, some mango chutney and or anything else that appeals to your tastes.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member # 593 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts!0

Fry a couple of mins each side, take out of the pan, chuck in chopped onions, (garlic if yer 'ard enuff), and chopped apple for a couple of mins, half a tin of chopped tomatoes and chops back in for a couple more mins. Feel free to add any other veggie stuff (mushrooms, courgettes etc).0

Delia Smith has some nice porky recipes - I used to love the pork chops with cream and mushrooms in her original complete cook book. They were not exactly low calorie but were fab and easy and could be good value if you picked up yellow stickered cream and mushrooms some time. Also her pork cooked with cider is good... I'm sure you'll find something nice on the Delia website.0

Hi SS,
There's an earlier thread with loads of ideas that should help you with your chops so I've added your thread to it to keep the suggestions together.
