I may be speaking too soon now but received two letters over 2 weeks ago, was expecting 3rd letter but nothing.. oh my gosh would this be the end!!

Don't know...bit immaterial.

Simply ignore all their letters etc [unless a genuine N1 from the County Copurt [never gonna happen]].

Just to let you know that i received my 3rd letter this time from Roxburghe Debt collectors in croydon, Surrey. Asking me to pay £168.00 this was sent after one month and 1 hour drive from where i live.

What next... hopr the idiots dont come knocking on my family door!!:mad:

We know what comes next, we have shown everyone here in the stickies. We know that debt collectors don't and cannot come knocking.

When you have read the 'PPC letter-chains' sticky and also the 'welcome, please read before posting' sticky and clicked on the Watchdog link there, you won't be wondering what happens next. You can get a preview of all letters, sorry to say this yet again but it's frustrating when people don't read the stickies when advised weeks ago that they will find all the info they need there. I don't understand why people don't read the stickies when it would answer everyone's queries and you've all been directed there already.

Anyway, as debt collectors are not bailiffs, no-one 'comes knocking'. Why on earth would a private company be able to say you owe them money then send heavies round? That's not lawful, calm down!

I am another victim of Parking eye and have received 2 notice from them for 2 different dates. This car park opposite farmhouse is free for 2 hours and I had parked for 2 hr and 16 mins and another day parked for 2.40 mins (this was on saturday evening and dark left the car park at 7.30 pm).
Now I am very tensed as the letter says payment made within 14 days will be charged £60, a week later £90 and thereafter £120.

PLEASE HELP!!!

That's exactly why I posted what I did, many posters are newbies and even when given advice still query it. Hopefully if they follow my advice read the posts above theirs [15 times] they will understand and be reassured.
