parcelforce send a the packge to a wrong address

    you right. my english maybe not so good but i can explain everything clear..i have send the seller msg and he told me this in the msg

    Box was wrapped in black bags they were taped with tape around . The top of the package looked like it had being opened then taped back up...

    rebin, it doesn't matter. Do not have any more dialogue with this person.

    You have fulfilled your obligations to win a Paypal dispute.

    Whatever you do, do NOT close the dispute. It is the only way you will get your money back.

    Thank you for the advice I well not close the paypal dispute and I hop so paypal well refund me the money..

    a quick update i made a claim, and i have called theme as will they will investgating the case inc local police..
    they told me not to wory you well get your money back so is good news for me..

    The seller told me if I return it to the ebay address I well not get the money back because he was moved so he made a not in ebay in resolution center I have to send it to his new address ..

    good news i've get the money back to my paypal it was £732 today..
