It is probably because a neighbour has signed for it.
What did you pack it in?
I would phone eBay tomorrow morning and give them the tracking details ,did you open a dispute?if so I would open one in the resolution centre (you can do this now) because as soon as an item is proven to be returned you normally get your money refunded.
How was the payment funded by credit or debit card?
I believe the seller could be pulling a fast one or someone has swapped the contents0 -

It is a pc HP all in one I paid 731gbp I have all the paper works.the reason I send the pc back because it was used not brand new there was scratch on the pc..
I have open eBay case and it says waiting for seller respond I well call eBay today.
Any more advice pls..0 -
If the seller has lied about the description and condition, it's very likely that he is pulling a fast one. Heck, it could be stolen goods? Does the seller have any negative feedback?0

Apologies if English isn't your first language, but I found your post rather hard to read!!
So you're saying you bought a computer on ebay for £731, it had a scratch on (so wasn't new as described), so you sent it back using Parcel Force, there's a signature online showing that it has been delivered back to the seller, but the seller is claiming that instead of returning the computer, you sent a block of wood back?
Have you opened an "item not as described" dispute? If not, do this now.
As far as ebay is concerned, the item is showing as delivered, so you will probably win the dispute. The problem here is that the seller is claiming that you have sent them a lump of wood rather than a computer!!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

I think the OP is covered both ways. Sent to 85, presumably has a receipt for that address, but delivered to a different address. Unless 85 doesn't exist, which can happen, then the parcel people have not fulfilled their contract.0 -
It doesn't matter that it says no. 86, whilst you sent it to 85, the parcel got there. You'll win your dispute. Shame for the people living at these addresses that you've put them on an open forum, including surname, with a suggestion of wrong doing by them.0
-
Well someone has done something wrong have they not? Either the OP has sent them a lump of wood, or the recipient is lying.0

But if the OP now edits their post to delete the personal info, it will still be showing in your reply alfiesmum!0
