Lets hope the press find the emails from tesco saying they had removed the pricecheck feature from the site for the duration of the promotion...

and see the timing of the messages yesterday where the limit was reinstated at £100 per voucher.........

then they can focus on who is being dishonest.

Let's give them a point in the right direction at least ;)http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=42122816&postcount=2759
Matthew has just informed me that the support team pulled the pricechecker off the site yesterday at 5pm due to the interest of this comparison. It will not be going back on again until it has finished

ps. this was also on a recycled voucher

but what i don't agree is if you have already used the receipt to claim ANOTHER voucher then returned the items

    1. Where an item on a receipt is returned and a Price Check voucher has already been redeemed in relation to this receipt, any refund offered for the item may be offered net of the Price Check voucher's value.
    2. Where an item is purchased using a Price Check voucher and the item is subsequently returned, any refund will be offered by way of a Tesco money card only.
I thought if you were returning something and it had been paid for with / partly with a DTD voucher they would take the value of the DTD voucher off the return value. Am I reading this wrong??

    Thanks CC :D

Yep but the keyword is "MAY", its upto Tesco.

Im off to spend my £76 voucher at tescos. If any SA even thinks of refusing my voucher or hinting that I must be a scammer there will be trouble. With a capital T.
Please God, help me stop spending!

You pay for your shop using a voucher, get overcharged get another voucher and use that to pay for your next shop, you get overcharged get another voucher....................

Ah right thought it was someone using a voucher more than once, didn;t think you could do that!

Just spent a £93 voucher.... had no probs. SA called supervisor over, but he just said sign old receipt and gave it me back.

I did a safe shop for deals and normal groceries as I didnt want to mess up such a high value voucher. they didnt sign the new one, so could have prob done a few dtd deals.... got another £100 voucher from the other day, not sure if I should do another safe shop or risk throwing some dtd things in?

    Did 2 other shops though:
    1st shop 2 x turner rd wine

    2nd shop
    2 x fairy excel gel
    2 x cornettos
    2 x lurpack
    1 x cheerios
    1 x birds eye sweetcorn
    happy eggs

threw in some ibuprofen 28p, paracetamol 20p and a bunch of £1 daffs so then it wasnt all DTD deals!!!! also need the ibuprofen after reading all these pages and the hangover from all my free booze!

noticed a small dtd in my shop from yesterday:

    1 x TESCO FINEST COFFEE & WALNUT CAKE £ 1.98 £ 1.50

so dtd of 96p making the cake £1.02

SORRY BUT THATS RUBBISH AND I THINK YOU KNOW IT IS

your "friend" was given a voucher in good faith for the DTd on his original purchase

he returns that purchase but keeps and uses the voucher

i might be a fan of Mr T but that IS NOT RIGHT!

Thatr was my original point ;)
