I have returned 2 olay creams, both on the same receipt to 2 different people at the same CS desk and was amazed when they gave me the FULL amounts in cash! They said that's what their t&c's allowed them to do or if it was over a certain amount to put it on gift cards! HTH

ps. this was also on a recycled voucher

I'd love some figures from Tesco on the average payout per pricematch queery. As the "Fewer than one in 5,000 customers have been awarded vouchers over £20." is very misleading, how many per 5,000 bother to check.

Sorry to trouble you but I am new to this dtd thing.

Can someone explain to me how Tesco know how many requests/vouchers per household has been used, is it your email address, your clubcard, or the computer you are using?
What about people have not used a clubcard?
    Thanks in advance

I've no idea, but i dont want to appear on Tescos database so i refuse to use a clubcard, pay in cash and use different emails to avoid spam to my main account.

    1. Where an item on a receipt is returned and a Price Check voucher has already been redeemed in relation to this receipt, any refund offered for the item may be offered net of the Price Check voucher's value.
    2. Where an item is purchased using a Price Check voucher and the item is subsequently returned, any refund will be offered by way of a Tesco money card only.
I thought if you were returning something and it had been paid for with / partly with a DTD voucher they would take the value of the DTD voucher off the return value. Am I reading this wrong??

    Thanks CC :D

thats how i read it too
    thanks
