    1. Where an item on a receipt is returned and a Price Check voucher has already been redeemed in relation to this receipt, any refund offered for the item may be offered net of the Price Check voucher's value.
    They've done nothing wrong.

Out of interest did you get say 6 bottles of wine and use a DTD voucher that didnt factor in the 5% off for a case??

They take the 5% off I believe.

    1. The number of Price Check requests is limited to 10 per calendar month per household and the total amount of Price Check Vouchers that can be claimed is limited to £100 per calendar month per household.
They lie even when they are trying to be helpful ;)
Sorry to trouble you but I am new to this dtd thing.

Can someone explain to me how Tesco know how many requests/vouchers per household has been used, is it your email address, your clubcard, or the computer you are using?
What about people have not used a clubcard?
    Thanks in advance
  • I have two DTD vouchers for £50 ish and £40 ish but I am on holiday now for 2 weeks and was hoping to spend them when we get back as will have empty cupboards and fridge. Just hope I can still use them - surely if they were issued before the changes I should be OK?
    It's 5 o'clock somewhere!

If your return any item they will give you a gift card so you can spend in store. That's what it says in the terms and conditions so my fired has done nothing wrong but play TESCO at there own game after they tried to screw him over yesterday with £20 voucher!

He purchased a lot of wine for a function and a hell of a lot of it didn't get used so he returned it. He didn't even have to show the CS the terms they already knew what to do.

I say fair play to him
