    Here you go:

    Returns:
    1. Where an item on a receipt is returned, Tesco reserves the right to invalidate the whole receipt for the purposes of Price Check or where a Price Check voucher has already been obtained, invalidate the voucher.
    2. Where an item on a receipt is returned and a Price Check voucher has already been redeemed in relation to this receipt, any refund offered for the item may be offered net of the Price Check voucher's value.
    3. Where an item is purchased using a Price Check voucher and the item is subsequently returned, any refund will be offered by way of a Tesco money card only.
    4. Returns will not be accepted because a product is not matched on Price Check.
    5. The Returns Policy does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
So no its not fraud at all.

it's just sticking to there terms and conditions, nothing else

Other killer deals ripe for exploitation included racks of Tesco Finest lamb, bottles of Baileys and even roasting tins

    :D:D:D

That's very kind of tesco to provide the roasting tins to cook the lamb in, now need to find some glasses for your baileys:rotfl::rotfl:

If I were to return all the wine etc I bought, and say the value was £200, BUT they'd already given me DTD vouchers of SAY £300, why should I get any refund (Gift card or whatever); surely they ought to net off the DTD voucher as it relates directly to the items reurned, in the same way as if you buy something on a linksave (i.e buy this and get a free £5 voucher = Boots) and return it, you have to return the freebie too
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)

I can't see how its fraud. Its just like returning an item, you get a refund or replacement, instead of a returning it for nothing they give you a gift card as per there T+C. If you had purchased an electrical item with your DTD voucher and it broke would you return it or keep it?

The gift card was sill spent with tesco, if they had given cash or i demanded cash it would be a different matter.
