Hi everyone,

Wow what a rollercoaster!! I have not been posting as not been too well.

Anyway, I have just returned from Tesco as I had printed my vouchers on the 22nd. I had four 2 under £20 and one for £37 and one for £25 from the 21st when I did 4 shops.

I went fully prepared for the £37 one to be declined but I am not in the right mood for confrontation LOL I am 35 1/2 weeks pregnant and confrontation is not what I need or want :rotfl:

Ok I bought things I was running low on with a few DTD items thrown in like the 12 Large FR eggs, Hovis Bread and cereals (3 for £2 in asda) etc.

Got to the till - choose a man :A - shopping came to £42.91 gave him the voucher £37.74 and said "What do I do with this I have never seen one before?" I smiled and told him he had to scan it sign my original receipt and keep the voucher.

He said he would need confirmation which was fine by me at the same time my heart sank LOL.

Checkout Manager was right beside the till she said "Oh my first one in here, Oh my word, well done you £37.00 wow I managed to get one for £20 you will have to give me some tips"

She was lovely. No mention of the recent hoo ha, all advertising still up, I even picked up a leaflet telling me what to do :rotfl:

Anyway, the Checkout guy was in shock when he asked for £5.17. I saved £9.25 in multibuys and BOGOF's and going to compare what I should get back on DTD now.


I have to say I felt such a relief but also quite chuffed with myself so

Looks like this is the source of many of the DTD items - I bet Tesco are looking at it as we speak.

1-Has anyone had results from yesterday. Did my shop last evening and still waiting. tried to put again online but says details already entered.

2- Is it possible to complain if something comes up at NA despite being available (specifically coca cola regular 8 pack)
