Could you post some of the comments here please? Deaf household, so no radio!

Only caught the last few minutes, the spokesperson for Tesco claimed that most refunds were only in the region of £4 and that a £20 cap was more than enough. She said that people on forums were looking for ways to make money. Will try and listen again on BBC iplayer later and will note any good points :)
Please remember to thank fellow MSE'rs

    :D

Not really been buying toiletries (apart from 5x Olay, mostly for mum - do the razors count?). Actually, I think I need to start a new thread - 'No more buying wine and razors!!!' :rotfl:

    Some advice needed pls.

I done my first DTD shop on the 14th March online. The receipt was missing when the order was delivered. I have phoned Tesco 4 times and each time been told that it will be sent out but still nothing.

Now I need the receipt to use my DTD voucher which expires after 28 days.

Can anyone advise on who else to contact about this?

    Thanks

Could you offer to collect in store to save them the hassle (lol) but securing your reciept before the deadline?

Tesco Rep-said they were trying to offer their customers the best prices. They expected that average pay out would have been £4-so their offer £20 per shop dtd is great. She did get a little rattled when presenter pointed out they would not need to payout if they were cheaper.
