Sorry if i incorrectly got anyones hopes up.

I picked up 10 boxes yesterday. If it doesn't work I will be on the phone to them.

Don't know how you can complain about trying to beat the system. You bought them willingly and sometimes they update their prices so theres always a chance we will lose out - thats why its best to only buy what you need and not get too greedy.

Think I spotted the Nutrigrain problem. Asda have them as "Nutri-Grain" whilst tesco has them as "Nutrigrain"

Fingers crossed a quick phone call should sort this.

    Some advice needed pls.

I done my first DTD shop on the 14th March online. The receipt was missing when the order was delivered. I have phoned Tesco 4 times and each time been told that it will be sent out but still nothing.

Now I need the receipt to use my DTD voucher which expires after 28 days.

Can anyone advise on who else to contact about this?

    Thanks

But how can we prove it was cheaper at that exact time? if their pricechecker thing isn't up anymore?

aside from going to asda and taking a picture of their SEL??

sorry i'm obviously not getting it but after reading about the t&c changes this morning not sure i trust tesco...

OK, this is how you do it:
    • Check prices on mysupermarket and T and A sites
    • Go to Tesco with shopping list
    • When picking up DTD stuff, double check at price scanner in the aisles that it will SCAN at the SEL price (T have been sneaky about this, making DTD items half price but not changing the SEL - hoping to catch us out)
    • Go to checkout!
    • Done :D
p.s. not all Tescos have the scanners in the aisles unfortunately.

    thats a bit unfair

i have a big family and often buy alot of one item

won't lose anything by ringing CS
if not why not return them?
