To be honest I dont think we've got a leg to stand on. I am going to return what I can and just shop in small amounts. Can still get wine, olay etc. Just in bits. Please God, help me stop spending!0

surely this proves the t&cs didnt change until gone 11am this morning???
i put one into the checker this morning at 10.30am and the t&cs clearly stated then that it was £100 cap voucher.
I mailed him at 8.45 and it was showing as £100 then.0 -
Surely for those of us who had vouchers before the changes went through, and who didnt print them out (DOH DOH DOH), they had to tell you today that their T&C's have changed since our original voucher was issued??
I know they say their can change their minds etc, but their contract was formed with me on Monday when they sent me the link for the voucher, and to change it over this morning, and alter the amount without informing me.........
surely we know a legal bod on here lol !!0 -
I think everyone should keep the names of the CS's they speak to and include in any letter-especially if they are rude0

Just spent a £40+ one (literally 10 mins ago - 13:09 on the receipt) and no problems at all at the till. But I'd advise to get out quick "just in case"

Just googled Tesco pricecheck https://www.tescopricecheck.com/PriceCheck/Pages/Default.aspx
clicked on it and T&C's still say £100.
Strange but when you click on my link it says £20. Really strange, just googled it again and it's back to £20!0 -
on my voucher the pantene ice shine conditioner was N/A but the shampoo was allowed0

The thing that surprises me is that everyone seems surprised...it was inevitable as it being abused so blatantly...£100 a month is excellent and at £20 , that's 5 shops a month, sems very reasonable to me...I read a post a few pages back were someone said they had been re-cycling their receipt...so they openly admit abusing the system and wonder why Tesco have decided to do something about it.Sorry if this upsets most of you, as I'm the first to post in favour of Tesco's new T&C's ,you really can't blame them for changing them....I've used it to my advantage twice so far, and have 1 to use,all were shops under £30, and no alcohol, used Tesco credit card to ensure I get my points, don't mind them knowing it's me, and I'm well under the £100 limit which I always intended to stick to ...not being smug here, just my opinion, and we are all entitled to our own views, I'm not slagging anyone off and don't expect to get slagged off in return.. it seems that Tesco aren't as bigger fools as a lot of people assumed they were...be honest ,the way it it was going we all knew it would not last...0
