    I've spoken to CS too.

Been advised that my voucher (£92) is ok to use in store as it was issued prior to terms and conditions. Advised to check with store on entry and have reference number from customer services if required.

Has anyone tried to use a DTD voucher over £20 today? Will be interesting to see what happens

someone said they used theirs this morning at 11.30 and it was hnoured - thats why i think you all need to rush to tesco NOW to get it spent and rid of before more heat is bought on it and it gets harder to shift!! good this is like stolen goods lol!!

so glad i only done little shops! i dont think i could deal with the stress let alone the lost money or the embarrassment at cs returning an entire weeks worth of shopping!! id have a breakdown lol!

Keep going with the posts re which ones still work - I will be doing 'several' smaller shops to take advantage of the new £20 limit.

i printed off a voucher for £20.02 at approx 11am (i know it's only 2p over but i wonder if i tried it again it'd be £20?) possibly only changed in last hour or two. Not near printer so can't check at the minute

surely this proves the t&cs didnt change until gone 11am this morning???
i put one into the checker this morning at 10.30am and the t&cs clearly stated then that it was £100 cap voucher.

You don't need to check on the printer just click the link in the email again.

Has changed from £20.02 to £20. checked print out and was printed at 10.43am so changed terms etc after that
Please remember to thank fellow MSE'rs
  • Email sent to the Ceo of Tescos! I put my receipt details in at 11am yesterday morning and they have capped my voucher to 20.00. Should have been 88.00 (Turner road wine, 2 razors and enigma Icecreams) They are such SNEAKY S***S!!

CS just told me that any voucher over £20 WILL NOT WORK, and WILL NOT BE HONORED!!!
