Right just spoke to consumer direct who advised I ring Tesco again and say the terms and consitions I agreed to where yesterdays when I purchased the goods and entered the receipt and request they honour them! If not to send a registered letter with copy of receipt and email and give them an appropriate deadline to give me my voucher! She is going to inform trading standards!
I did this - got no joy on the phone so will be writing as you say. Shall I spend my £20 in the meantime?0 -
can someone put a link on for Fb please0

i reckon they changed it at 12 midday today and then pushed the relevant button for the emails to be sent out! they know exactly the reaction this is gonna get from us lot - to be honest they are probably reading this very thread. they cant have a HO full of hundreds of minions and not one of them be a subscriber to mse emails and then forums and wander into the grabbit section - its obvious they have been watching from the start and i think deep down everybody knew it was about to all go tits up, they just out foxed us on this one!
doesnt matter - return your items and never shop there again, who has the last laugh now!!! the asda shareholders christmas party will knock socks off the tesco one at the end of this year!!0 -

RUBBISH......
I opened the terms and conditions this morning, am being very careful not to update or close the tab!!!!! I put my laptop on at about 10am, so it would have been around that time.

Lol, we're all in this together- one big group of Mse'rs vs Tesco
I hope someone finds the email useful. I did a shop of over £200 last week and was hoping for dtd on about 25% for April but looks like we're eating cheerios with Pinot poured on- might make the kids sleep better
lol
Hi Nutty
Do you still have the A4 paper that your voucher was printed off on? If so, this will prove that the T&Cs didn't change when they said, as there is a URL on the bottom of the printed that is also dated.0 -

Just looked it up seems to be 01382 822700 or 0800 505555 - choose the best 1 for whether you're on on mobile or landline

Fanbloomintastic!
So i did £80 shop paid with debit card last night, some items were NF as i needed them and have already been used in lunchboxes today! I wasn't recycling so have lost ALOT.
I need the £20 voucher to get back something but how can i get this and return other items?
I also have my only DTD voucher unprinted which would of been £35, so have lost there too, i have not abused the system. I simply was 'aware' that due to Tesco's stupidly overpriced items i would be able to claim back from them which would save the extra travel to Asda, i did add in a couple of bottles of wine ect last night and have lost out so i have gained nothing. But have lost a LOT and mh DH is going to KILL me!0
