Just got back and now cacking myself because I'm sure I've got over £100 DTD due so can't see it going through! Wasn't intending to be so greedy - but had a list of everything with the expectation it would all be oos or repriced but it was all there. Plenty wine, champagne & gin at Kettering btw, but Smirnoff reduced to Mr A price. Just off to tot it up :o

Now £16???? I got 3 litre bottles at £20.84 each earlier, glad I did!

Just did a shop and used a £73 voucher fine, was soooo scared though, though everyone was looking at me, then thought the supervisor was talking about me, then the security guard walked past, AHHHH!! But the checkout girl said she'd seen a couple of other vouchers today and was pleased that i was getting a 'bargain'..
Unfortunately when i got home i realised i brought the wrong razor, got the gillette power instead of the manual (DOH)!!:mad:

Sorry if this has been asked before but i did a search and couldnt find anything.

Please can someone tell me what tesco's instore returns policy is, can you return food (tins and bottles) and toiletries (shower gel and shampoo)

Also does anyone know what the stars on the tesco recpits mean? some items have * next to them and some dont, is this tesco code for anything?

I think you can return anything non-perishable. Does anyone know for sure?

No idea on the second question, sorry.

Think I better spend mine soon as tomorrow when they come through, expecting. £30 one for £100 shop used £12 in DTD to pay, and a £20 ish one from items bought for DTD cat food and bottle of vodka which bought before as only food mums cat eats if they want to query it.
Can anybody see any problems with that? 1st shop was general food shop , 2nd was DTD if iams I'd awarded,

Surely if have the voucher they have given they can't refuse? As have issued it? I don't understand the new T and C's is a recycled voucher one used just for dtd?

There is no way I am going to give my receipt to anybody in Tesco's to keep. Not only is it the guarantee for everything I bought (what happens if my wine is off) but there is nothing stopping any Tesco staff then photocopying my voucher and using my receipt to spend a voucher/s in the shop.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I think the * means that VAT has been added to the price of the item...not completely certain though.

    Quick update......

Hubby now home & printing off voucher for me. My email today contained a voucher for £118 (I didn't mean to be greedy, just got a bit carried away) but when he's now printing it off, it's been reduced to £100:eek:

I have to say I'm not too bothered, as long as they accept that, I'm a happy girl :D

    You serious?

Got carried away with Turner Road today, voucher should be over £100
