wouldnt think so as they can see from receipt details you used a coupon worth xx amount and they are still issuing another dtd.0 -
Can I 1st of all Thank the OP for this insight it has been very useful
My test shop was on Sunday purchased selected items costing £40 got a £35 voucher back (picked up wrong coffee or it would of been more). Did another shop Monday costing £111 used my voucher of £35. Used that receipt to get a £112 voucher.
Decided to use the voucher today before they sorted all of this out.. Went straight to CS 1st to make sure they would accept, after a wait she said yes that would be fine...She then photo copied the reciept and print out I had and handed back....Trotted off to do the shop and at the till it came to £132, presented my voucher for £112, she needed an override on the system by her supervisor, they came along and took me to the CS desk where they printed 2 new receipts out (1 was a large barcoded one which she kept and another was a "recalled reciept" of the £132) to which she circled and signed...
Does this mean I cannot input this "recalled receipt"? as I would have to produce this receipt with a new voucher, which they would clearly see I have done this previously?0 -
It doesn't matter what the store says, it's not in the T&Cs...and it's the T&Cs which are important, that's why they changed their T&Cs today. They may change their T&Cs again sometime soon to include that policy, who knows! I think some our posts give them(Tesco) ideas actually! lol
I would advise anyone to take along a copy of the T&Cs in case this happens to them.
I see what you are saying lalamb, but what is the chance of 2 tesco department managers making up the same rule iyswim!0 -

Has anyone tried to return a product after getting voucher? I bought something by mistake and a quick search tells me that the particular product is not available in Asda. so in theory any DTD that i get is not affected by this product.0

Yep, you probably won't get away with using your new receipt for DTD if it has been signed0 -

Yes it works fine0 -
Just to report back from shopping trip in Tesco's. Muller Light chocolate now 2 for £5.50. The buy one get one free is mix and match on fruit so watch out for that, I bought apples and oranges and was so proud of myself for only buying one until I inspected my receipt and saw that they had taken off the apples!!!!!! Now to submitt my receipt and see if Tesco's play fair!0

So far:
6 x Banrock Reserve
7 X Turners
6 x Gioiosa
1 box each of Start, Frosties, Honey Nut Loops
2 x 9 packs of kitkats
1 x Cornetto Enigma
4 x Magners Irish Cider
Trying to stick to stuff that costs nothing or even better that Mr.T pays me to take...
Slowly training the staff in my local store how to sort out the vouchers, including the supervisors! Have to admit everyone has been great in my local Tesco, if a little clueless about their own promotion0
