hi i tried removing my photo, but everyone tht quoted it still shows it :(

Don't worry about it whoever scared you in the first place is talking nonsense they can't steal your points. I used to work at Tesco Customer Service Centre and no one can get your points from seeing your clubcard they would have to confirm security questions first.

Based on what people are experiencing is this not becoming an issue for trading standards? I'm starting to get a tad cheesed off with good old Mr T now- if he refuses my next voucher I'll be livid!! :)

Plus- would we not have a case for slander if accused of abusing dtd if we happened to have a number of "dtd items" in amongst our normal shopping?!

Would be hard to prove the slander and would be expensive to bring an action. Stupid that the terms and conditions can be added to in order to suit Tesco though.

I bought one last night. Paid about £20.
I've just bought one tonight, paid 27 towards it. The original spend was less than the voucher and apart from alot of comments and me explaining how it worked and telling them truthfully that I got it buying wine for a party, there was no problem. Alot of toing and froing and different people involved but nobody made me feel uncomfortable.

In my local store today there was a old SEL (out of date) £4.99, Turner Road Chardonnay....I picked up 3 was over charged at the till(£9.99)....went to CS was refunded £30 there and then.

I did all my DTD shopping in a seperate transaction spent £30 (hopefully will get a refund of around £25.

Brilliant stuff, even better than the price match!! Did they mark your receipt on this misprice?
  • I have only seen people talking about the red Turner Road. Does anyone know if it works on the Chardonnay?

No but you can be identified from clubcard number by T trolls!
