That's good- better to be safe hun, you can add any future points onto new card when it arrivesdomsbargains wrote: »Don't worry about it whoever scared you in the first place is talking nonsense they can't steal your points. I used to work at Tesco Customer Service Centre and no one can get your points from seeing your clubcard they would have to confirm security questions first.
Not nonsense at all- when my parents moved abroad I added her clubcard to my account online to transfer their points (with her permission!) and I answered no security questions whatsoever. Fact! Please remember to thank fellow MSE'rs :beer:0 -

I think you would need to ask all who had quoted it to delete it0 -
Sorry to be a bit thick here but please can someone confirm - if I buy a load of DTD things and then add some 'normal' things (to make it less suspicious) that are the same price in As or N/A - will my total DTD be affected or should this be the same? Sorry I'm just trying to get my head around it and it's getting late.... Thanks!0

Asda's mentions Sauvignon, Tesco's doesn't. Hardys website doesn't list Tesco as a supplier of the Chard/Sauv, so the Tesco is a pure Chard.
Different wines = No DTD.
That is not true, last night someone posted that they had got DTD through customer service for it because it is the same wine and Hardy's do say that Tesco sell it!0 -

Thats right I am talking about if I use my voucher to buy more dtd items then input my new receipt will they still honour it by giving me another voucher with NEW T&C's ???
lots of people did it with old one nothing fraudulent.0 -

I had to get a replacement receipt as I lost mine, took it in today with voucher and they refused is, said it had to be the original.
Head office said the same.0 -

As far as I am concerned, 100 dept managers can say the same thing. The fact of the matter is it is not in the T&Cs......end of story!!
Until it is in the T&Cs I wouldn't worry, and other people definitely shouldn't worry either. Take along a copy of the T&Cs if you think there may be a problem and point out that there is no mention of it.
Tesco marketing are the people who make up the rules and change the T&Cs....not dept managers or SAs.
Same applies to SAs defacing receipts.....this isn't just wrong but it's also illegal! It is your property!!
I am getting sick of hearing stories where SAs, supervisors or managers trying to intimidate customers by making up rules.
Stand your ground folks, know your rights!0
