It's interesting that the literature refers to £100 per household per month....this seems to indicate that Tesco plan to continue the promotion for more than one month.

how do i confirm price difference between Tesco and Asda? The price check page doesnt have option to look up single items? only asks me to enter full receipt details?

You have to find the item on tesco website then go on asda website and see if they sell the same item and compare the price

  • Thanks for the update on the Hardys. As I won't be able to make it to Tesco until tomorrow morning, what's the betting that I am in the store as the whole thing gets pulled because of the Daybreak publicity. Surely, the whole budget story should be a much bigger story. Don't think i can deal with the suspense...oh, okay the thought of getting cheap or free wine could help.

Tesco also have a policy that they can restrict the number of a single item you buy in a single transaction so that everyone gets the chance to get their product.

When I was shopping today with a £17 voucher on goods purchased total value 18 pounds the cashier took my receipt and voucher she said it was ok as the value of the voucher was less than original shop and they would no longer be accepting vouchers with greater amount than original shop. For example spend 50 pounds and get dtd for voucher for £55 so just a word of warning

Can anyone help re the Nivea - the 400ml being sold in Tesco at the ridiculous price of 5.21

I noticed today that on the website, there is a little pink label on the bottle. Instore, the bottles were exactly the same except for no little pink label. Is it definitely the same one????

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks - think I'm going to get the Cream of Tomato flavour soup instead as this one appears to be on both websites!

    :)
"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".
