:mad:what frustrates me even more is that out of pure necessity I have to use the small express store near where I live, with inflated prices and just stock of the higher end items. So, when an oppurtunity comes where I can claim some of the huge profits that tesco make from me every week and sometimes twice a week, I'll take it!

If "they are on to us" then wouldn't it just be a better idea to lower prices to equal Asda?
And as long as you haven't used over the £100 limit for vouchers this month then nothing has been done fraudulently.
Fraudulently? Why is everyone so paranoid? What fraud? Why even contemplate about fraud?

    Fraud
    –noun
deceit, trickery, sharp practice, or breach of confidence, perpetrated for profit or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage.

So buying items from Tesco using vouchers provided by them does not constitue fraud. There is no unfair or dishonest advantage, you are just playing by their rules.

On the contrary, Tesco is committing fraud, eg: selling Nivea moisturisers for £5.21 when they are £1.00 at ASDA and still claiming in their advertising that they are equal or cheaper than ASDA!

So as long as you don't go over £100 per month (as per their T&Cs) or printing fake vouchers you are not committing any fraud.

Can you go back to the store and get her name before contacting CS?

Shouldn't they be able to trace her from the receipt, don't they have some sort of log on number for the till so if the tills down they know who was on it, just a thought, You'd think it was s/a's money, I'd complain
Starting to save £2 coins again, but it is a struggle:rotfl:Not doing very well keep spending them

the DTD is huge fiasco for Tesco and they are losing enormous amount of money ... in my store (extra) they were withdrawing products as a matter of emergency and lowered a lot of prices ... I was not able to get my coffee, because at the till I was told it should not be on the shelf ... and yes I am exploiting the system ... so what ... don't put a system prone to so many problems in place and don't proudly and repetetively state how you will DTD if you are more expensive than ASDA ...

    total madness!

do you mind saying which store it was please?

if they are aware of the offer then yes.

they'll see the £90 + £57 - if use it within a month, they may reject your voucher.
