Just used my slightly over £100 voucher, was waiting 20 mins at customer service as they wanted to show a cs manager, she asked me if I'd "done it deliberately" as she knew there were websites on how to exploit the offer, asked to take my details incase it was fraudulent, asked me why id bought what id bought and bizzarely why i hadnt discussed any dtd with the Driver [original order was online] as he could have done it on the spot which is bull. rubbish customer service and my ben and jerrys melted while I was waiting. Will use a different store in future.

OMG! How dare she! Will you name the store? I would have loved to have been there, she sounds like a right bully. You should have insisted they change your ice cream.

I really want to name the store here but KNOW this is a big store that people use a lot. I'm only able to go to it once a month ish so can't go back:(

EDIT: Think I will, she deserves to be named and shamed, it was the BECKTON store, she was a white woman maybe supervisor or manager

just got back from T and used my voucher to buy a couple more DTD things.
SA called over supervisor/manager and she said to me she'd seen them before and looked at the till screen then said, You've purposely got these things knowing they are more expensive in Tesco than Asda, don't come again with your reciept and don't input in the price checker, because we're on to you, we've had loads of people doing this.:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
I was reallly running late so had to jst say errr...ok but did manage through her brawl to say what if I genuinely wanted these things ( I did and was going to buy most anyway!) she said yh but we're onto you!:(

I feel like she's accusing me of doing something completely wrong and because she was turned to the side I didn't even get her name!
Any help on CS e-mail address that would get attention?

    TIA
p.s. my cornetto must've melted too
p.p.s It was my first time using the voucher!

Thanks for the heads up. Good thing about mobile phones these days is voice recorders. I'll bear it in mind when I do spend my first voucher next weekend.

Why are Tesco being so horrible to people??

Because they are cold and nasty!

I can honestly say I have never had any major issue with them but the majority of staff at my local are all horrible battleaxes, you can see they are just watching what their customers are doing, especially the supervisors! I never feel welcomed at Tesco, this is one of the reasons I don't go there.

Now the store which is about 10 miles from me is quite nice, but it's a huge store, maybe the smaller stores are more cliquey....I don't know but that is no excuse for the way some people are being treated!

I defo would complain to Head Office, I'd really pile it on thick as well saying you expected her to call security on you and you felt like a common thief for taking advantage of a Tesco offer.

They'll be able to find out who it was from the shift rota.

Not all staff - just the ones who wish they could do it but can't work out how to 'work' the system!!;)

It looks like PTS is back up and everything is fine. A word of warning, they are onto the person who says they re registered after being banned though.

How on earth does someone get banned from PTS?

After reading about PTS on this thread I registered then about 20 mins later I got an email saying

"Unfortunately your registration at PaidToShop did not meet our membership requirements. Therefore your registration was deleted."

    Bizarre............
