It looks like PTS is back up and everything is fine. A word of warning, they are onto the person who says they re registered after being banned though.

How on earth does someone get banned from PTS?

I was reallly running late so had to jst say errr...ok but did manage through her brawl to say what if I genuinely wanted these things ( I did and was going to buy most anyway!) she said yh but we're onto you!:(

I feel like she's accusing me of doing something completely wrong and because she was turned to the side I didn't even get her name!
Any help on CS e-mail address that would get attention?

Does anyone know if head office work 7 days or just mon-fri? For those who have issues at weekends it'd be good to know if HO can be contacted whilst in store to verify vouchers as legit and then you could demand a compensatory giftcard from the store as you've been embarrassed etc

ohhhh maybe i should go shopping now then n get rid of my voucher? i really nervous now i paid 141.00 to get 94 i made some mistakes but i'm happy just dont them accusing me of owt cos i haven't done anything wrong i would make a scene in there for sure lol

I have just placed my order online, how long does it take for the voucher to be emailed to you? would it be after my actual delivery (tomorrow) and if i didnt get the DTD on some items do i just take them into a store for a refund?
