just got back from T and used my voucher to buy a couple more DTD things.
SA called over supervisor/manager and she said to me she'd seen them before and looked at the till screen then said, You've purposely got these things knowing they are more expensive in Tesco than Asda, don't come again with your reciept and don't input in the price checker, because we're on to you, we've had loads of people doing this.:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
I was reallly running late so had to jst say errr...ok but did manage through her brawl to say what if I genuinely wanted these things ( I did and was going to buy most anyway!) she said yh but we're onto you!:(

I feel like she's accusing me of doing something completely wrong and because she was turned to the side I didn't even get her name!
Any help on CS e-mail address that would get attention?

    TIA
p.s. my cornetto must've melted too

Simples Mr T. Keep your prices down and be a good boy not inflating prices only to reduce them on offer a week later. We are on to 'you' :rotfl:

Good goodness, that's a harsh line to take....

That's what puts me off really.....It was like someone else on here who went into Boots to return something without a receipt and got arrested by mistake.....

Who's to know anyway, i stock up sometimes at Christmas and the like with wine 3 for £10 at Asda and sweets, how can they tell?

    Self service anyone???

I have just placed my order online, how long does it take for the voucher to be emailed to you? would it be after my actual delivery (tomorrow) and if i didnt get the DTD on some items do i just take them into a store for a refund?

You need the delivery receipt details to claim the DTD back ;)

I just used my £88 voucher with no problems, had to get 3 people to authorise it which caused a delay but put it through in the end. And it was in black and white too!

    Oh poor you!

Tesco cannot do this to their customers!

It's like finding out what is on offer at Tesco each week and just buying their offers, there is nothing wrong with it! They have not stipulated anything in their T&Cs other than £100 DTD per month per household.

I would be fuming, and I would go back and get her name asap!

You have been spoken to like a criminal, and that is NOT ON!

Can you go back to the store and get her name before contacting CS?

It was for £50.xx and the things I bought were:
Comfort (we get through 3 loads a day!), deodrant (big family and need for hols coming up), moisturiser (hols), airwick (for home, mum always buys these anyway)

Wish I had more time or I would have stood my ground!
