Grattan catalogue printing error - E900 pink bargain!!!

Just phoned them up to confirm that I would be getting my phones today of tomorrow and guess what, 'sorry sir, there was a problem with your address, your card wasnt authorised' .... she read the address back and it was perfect.
Now I really am P*SSED OFF!

Is there still a chance of ordering one of these from either Freemans or Grattan - or have they shut the offer down yet?

also... the one in the picture at the start of this thread looks like a very light bubblegum pink - but other pics of E900 'pink' phones have it a bit darker - can anyone who's received one of these confirm that it's just as pink as the pic as the colour on the catalogue, or is it a bit darker?

The phone I recieved is more of a darker pink, almost red.

The phone was locked to the O2 network, so i got it unlocked for £6 at my local market. But cant complain espically after buying the phone at such a cheap price.

hi, does the credit address have to match the delivery address as i used my gf card to deliver it to my home as shes never in

I don't know, try giving them a call and see what they say, If it is the case and you have already secured one on back order you may be able to change address

I ordered two of these on Friday lunchtime oe for me and one for my daughter. I put my card details into the correct box and got confirmation which i printed off - i also got confirmation by email which has since dissappeared? i've rang freemans this morning and they say they have no record of my address and to email through the website.

I have my order number so why couldn't she find me on her system using that?

is it unlikely that I will receive my order if they can't find me on the system or does the fact that I've got an orer number mean stock is reserved for me?

i've checked with the bank and nothing has gone out?

I received my welcome pack and catalogue yesterday but no mention of my phone order, so am hopeful it will follow on.......

If you have had your welcome pack, you should have a Customer reference/account number, you will be able to register online now and track your order
