I just rang them, she said my order details wouldn't show up yet as I only ordered last night and it was the weekend. I asked if it meant it will be on hold for me or will I need to reorder. She said it will be on hold for me so I won't need to keep ringing up.. hmmmmm, I'm gonna ring next week to check anyway

I enquired on the "mobile phones" thread and was advised to either use a clip or go to a phone shop. It really does seems as though a clip is real easy to use even for a non-techie like me. Hopefully will be able to try a clip out if and it is a big IF, if the phone ever arrives......ordered Thursday am, welcome pack arrived yesterday, nothing in envelope relating to the phone so registered online to find the Pink phone is awaiting stock...Mmmmmmmmmmmm must say the novelty and excitement is wearing off now.

Checked my online account it's showing E900 Pink + Pink Accs ? at £99.99 :rolleyes: No discount has been applied (I used the 15% as I'm an existing customer) - ALL my others orders show the discounted price, if I do get the phone I will make sure I call CS.
No delivery date showing but CS said first week in December *Fingers crossed!* because the bf is after my Razr now, so I'll be phoneless if this is a no show :rotfl:
I'm annoyed with Grattan at the moment, a lot of things I've ordered are on long delivery times, or are detailed on the delivery note but not in the package
