Got my phone yesterday, had to sign for it at the door. Invoice inside confirms its for £99.99 and I got £15 off too. Nice one OP!!

Just got parcel from Grattans, realy excited. Inside: 1 catalogue and a delivery note saiying "Sorry item sold out" against Samsung E370 phone. But I ordered a E900??? Just rang customer services but closed until tomorrow. I guess it's not coming.

Don't worry I got the same today. I rang customer service and she said I had both phones on my account, she cancelled the E370 and said teh E900 was still coming to me at £79.

only o2 phones that were originally on contracts are unlocked ...

i came home today to finda big parcel waiting for me, ripped it open to find a......catalouge!

so disappointed!

I pointed out that I knew people who had opened accounts just to get the phone had already got their order and I had been a good customer for years but was just told that they wouldn't discuss other accounts!

As just stated got mine today and invoice says £99.99. I am an existing customer and ordered this 13.00 pm on wednesday

Careful, a friend got this and when she rang after I mentioned them saying customers will be paying full price they said she will be charged the full price when her statement comes through, that there was a leaflet with the catalogue saying was incorrect so don't have to honour it.
