i got 2 packages a phone and a welcome pack, the other phone is apparently on its way just give them a call

I think if you look into it,catalog companies don't own any actual stock themselves.They just deal with comapanies who say they can have so much of this or that at this price etc.Then they print the catalogs and sell to the public.The items are then sent from the companies who actually own the stock.

just received my welcome pack & no phone. Registered myself on their website to look at my accout. Does state that E900 ordered and waiting stock, seeing is believing that I'll get it. Will be so gutted as its my Xmas pressie....

I have just phoned them, and they said it will be dispatched shortly, i also got her to confirm the item and price, "e900 pink samsung for £99.99"

Was told on the phone tho that delivery would be 1st Dec (or was it the 2nd dec lol)...If it comes, it comes....If it doesn't then it's no big deal.

I pointed out that I knew people who had opened accounts just to get the phone had already got their order and I had been a good customer for years but was just told that they wouldn't discuss other accounts!

ordered wednesday 22/11 got one and one on route i would complain
