Grattan catalogue printing error - E900 pink bargain!!!

People who ordered on Wed/Thurs haven't had confirmation Emails either, but the orders did go through

Have just tried on Grattans and Freemans and their not available anymore and wont let you put an order through.

I have just checked again, last time I added to my basket and it all seemed OK.

This time I checked the stock level and it advised out of stock, so tried again by adding to basket and it will still let me add it, even though it is app out of stock.

I hope I get the phones, but thanks to the op anyway, this is a fantastic find.

I received a confirmation email but it says stock reserved. whats that mean?

has anyone recieved one from freemans, just spoke to a guy on there and they say they have sold out and will not be getting anymore stock in for this item.
He originally said it was a new season stock and it wont be out till that catelogs issued?

Freemans said 9 day delivery when i ordered mine a few days ago, got confirmation email and paid by card but nothing has come off CC yet, i expect they will debit the amount when they come into stock for those of us who already managed to place orders.

More than likely the stock they are expecting is already reserved

Please please please can anyone help me .... I tried to order two for the kids christmas presents a few days ago online, i didnt recieve a conf. email so i rang to check it had gone through as some of you suggested, to be told it had been declined ! ( due to my credit rating i take it ) I no its alot to ask but would any body be able to purchase two for me and i can send you the money any way possible (before you send phones). I no its alot to ask, but im desperate. Thanks to you all either way x

I am merely contesting the point, that some people seem to think that because Grattans are honouring the deal they must still be making loads of money.

There is nothing wrong in voicing a different opinion and one that is based on knowledge of the retail industry not the logic of "Oh well, if they're still selling them, they must be raking it in".

Everybody is quick to complain when a company says "tough luck you ain't getting them". Don't assume because a company honours its mistake it is only doing it for the cash.
