Grattan catalogue printing error - E900 pink bargain!!!

  • I placed an order on Thursday after following t'link and have not even had an e-mail confirming of my membership until i came home on Sunday to find there was a note from one of Grattan's courier to0 say that i was out and will call again today.

    I assumed that it was the E900 I ordered and not the other one. If it's the latter, I shall send it back if that's agreeable with the firm?
    Better in my pocket than theirs!

    You create your own password.........thats what i did on Friday and had access to my account immediately

    Don't get too excited it's probably just your welcome pack and catalogue, which for some strange reason you have to sign for

    No idea, but when she read my address out it was perfect - I smell a HUGE RAT!! When I get my 'sorry' letter, I will be writing to them to get proof that they tried to charge the card. The cancelled BOTH of my orders, which were on seperate cards!

    i've just rung grattan and placed an order for the e900 pink phone,the very nice lady pointed out that the same catalogue number had been put twice and that the phone would be £79.99 with the 20 % discount,however the phone was now out of stock and the item was being replaced with a suitable replacement.she couldn't tell me what that was but i would be able to return it if i was not satisfied. watch this space to see what i get.

  • I can see this thread going on for a hundred pages. I can already sense the hard luck stories are on the way.
    It's similar to the ipod 8gb nano at amazon, which was mispriced, early orders were hounoured and later ones cancelled.
    If you have received your phone - good on yer, if not, I hope it arrives shortly.
    If later orders are cancelled, let's try and get over it - we don't want to sound like spoilt brats do we?
