    Families can either be harsh or helpful, however here you will get good supports, helps and advices so get your S.O.A posted when your are ready then just follow all the thread good luck.

    have you thought about talking to one of the charities like MIND or SANE, to see if they can offer you support? Are there self help groups in your area? Just thought that the money might be easier to deal with if you were getting extra help with your illness
