I wouldnt tell the council about the gambling, as they have no need to know. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
It seems that on the basis of information given, other than your mortgage you have loans totalling approx £130,000 and since 2 of the loans are secured presumably against your house , these loans will also be long term (ie 10-15 years min).Debts of this magnitude are going to last a long time, can you not downsize perhaps,(sell your property) since if you fail to keep up payments you are in danger of losing it anyway and write off the debts completely and start afresh??

But they will want to know where to money has gone. How i got in this state to assess wether its my fault or not.0

perhaps regular visits to gamblers anonymous might be of help, not only to reinforce your stopping, but also to tell others of the pitfalls of gambling0

Its so important i sheild him from this. As with all parents i only care about him. I can cope (not that youd know it lol)

But can you give your flat back, with the loans secured on it, the or would see this as giving away assets anyway, you really need to get legal advice on this one. if you don't pay the secure loans would they not go for an order anyway.0
