Hi all
Sausagesandwich19 - you make me laugh!
This week got a bit messed up as DH decided that we were going out for tea on Tuesday when we got back from his trip! But the food didn't get wasted and we had it yesterday.
Meal plans have been altered before they start this week as we are going round a friends house on Saturday for takeaway (DH turn to pay!)
So, this week we are having / had:
Thurs: Salmon topped with garlic cream cheese and HM savoury rice
Fri: HM Chicken, tomato, cream and pesto spaghetti
Sat: Takeaway at Friends House
Sun: Eat at DH's parents
Mon: Frankendella Meatballs, Mash, gravy and veggies
Tues: Basa fillets with chilli, lime & soy (rice & stir fry veggies)
Wed: HM Chicken Ciaciatore (I seem to spell it differntly everytime!) with ciabatta bread
Still need to make some soup, still got bits in the freezer, but still resisted the tempatation to buy any.
Have a good week all.Mortgage Free x 1 03.11.2012 - House rented out Feb 2016

I'm confessing here, it's a packet of sauce from the supermarket which I found on special offer. Not sure how tasty it'll be though. I don't have a good track record at cooking curries from scratch. Sorry I couldn't help more.

It's a pizza but folded over and sealed (like a pasty) and either fried or oven cooked! I have never had one before, but got a pizza book from a charity shop and really wanted to try one!
>> Calzone <<
This is another one I want to try (it's using bread dough though)
>> Stromboli <<
