quintwins I found when my son was smaller putting pants on him helped stop the bedwetting. It sounds mad, but at the time he would be dry in a nappy, wet without one. I realised it was the warmth and security which stopped him wetting the bed.

Maybe worth a try? worst case... you have an extra item of clothing to wash x

thanks there both dry in the night and only wear pants now, we did try pull ups once on one fo them , who even now needs lifted at night but it made hom regress during the day and confused him so we just stuck it out

wow thats some impressive before and after piccys well done :T

i've been very busy, my internet wouldn't work and neither would my phone :(, turns out my youngest had pulled the phone lead out of the wall, took me 3 hrs and oh coming home to relise thats what happened, in that time i did 3 loads of washing, loaded the dishwasher, cleaned the chip pan, and made quiche for tea, and some mini pizzas to freeze for a quick sat tea, we normally go to mil for takeaway on a sat but last week they had take away at 3 before we arrived so we were abit stuck lol, in the end i got wedges and a bacon shank reduced in te$co :) so i will be prepared this week :) have just reloaded the DW and wiped the benchs so having a nice wee rest now before i start ironing

    hello all

very breezy here today, but we have had the odd glimmer of sunshine so not too bad.

new to me laptop froze and then got the dreaded blue screen of death a few days after I got it  didn't really want to spend £12 returning it so I googled a bit on ipod and after managing to put it in safe mode I retuned it to last known good configuration, touch wood its working ok now!!! feel quite proud of myself as Im not a computer whizz or anything :)

my faithful dyson finally died on me the other day but DH did some swapsies at a Gift Show he was working at and came home with a brand new Hoover bagless vac :j

so have hoovered, wm is on, DS is washing up () and I am about to watch Deal or no Deal :)

Hugs to all, especially poorlies and those with worries xx

Had a nice long walk along the river this morning with group. It stayed dry and it was nice to get out. Makes you glad to be alive. Then doctors with the oh. Back home to quick bit of housework now relaxing.

    Debt-free and Proud!
Awww thank you to everyone for your lovely comments!

My husband took that photo at the weekend to show a friend my dress, then I wrote my yearly letter to the proffessor who fixed my knees, added both photo's and I suprised myself how much I had changed!

I just hope it's an inspiration for others... there is no magic... just a slow and steady weight loss (90lbs in 115 weeks) and i've gone up twice during the last 2 years (fisrt time by 5lbs, then second time 8lbs) so even i'm not perfect!

And not once did I diet (until my health dictated a change in diet that is), just exercise and sensible eating (which means chocolate!)

I still have 2 stone 11lbs to go to my ultimate goal I set back in January 2009 and never thought I would get too!!

I'm 70% of the way to that goal... so I can see myself getting there within 2 years :D
We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. I don't and I'm happy!

    Evening all:j:j

Not long in from work, Lets just say im glad its friday tomorrow.

Well what was i saying about the twins yesterday???

We put the twins to bed. They were fast asleep within 15mins. We cooked our dinner and we had just sat down to eat itwhen we heard funny nioes comming from upstairs. Then lots of shouting and crying. We went up and twin one had been sick all over her cot.:(
We cleaned her up and she was sick a bit more in the toilet. Sorted her bed out and put her back down to sleep. She soon went off. She woke up only once in the night but was not sick. I dont know how she has been today as iv not spoken to my wife yet, The twins are at her moms today..

My wife only work mornings on a thursday. She is at this moment out shopping to get us a new microwave.
We were cooking some peas in ours last night and it went bang on us:mad::mad: We have had it about 5 years so its not really that old.

So last night what not a pleasent restfull evening that i could have done with. Im hopeing that this evening will be better,

Dinner tonight will be a take away curry from sainburys.

Well i hope that you all are having a good day.
