Well you're not a million miles off there. Assuming it's the same chap, and I forget his name, I 1st got onto him when I bumped into him in Minofern Factors in CX. I was buying filler and paint, so was he. We got chatting about some accident damage my daughter had.
His buisiness was buying 3rd party right offs and repairing/reshelling them. He had all the correct gear, jigging and spray booth etc as I went to his place, as you say a farm in the middle of nowhere, but I was advised ................................................... by an engineer to the insurance buisiness to.........................

Thanks all for your eplies.
I emailed them to complain and they have responded with the below, does this sound about right?
Thank you for your e-mails. Unfortunately, as you haven’t included your partner’s name or the vehicle registration number, I haven’t been able to check our records. I have spoken to Kerry, the manager here at Kingston and he has explained the situation. The problem from our point of view is that is that although we can check and adjust a vehicle’s wheel alignment on a particular day, we cannot guarantee that it will remain correctly adjusted. You only need to hit a kerb or a pothole to knock it out of adjustment and the chances of this are increased during periods of snow and ice.

That really is the standard cop out, they are correct, they can only guarantee the vehicle left their premises correctly adjusted. However any company with a shread of customer concern would have said;
"Sorry we can't offer a waranty after this period but bring it in and we will check it FOC"
But they didn't, says a lot;)I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
