Mean to add this.. early yesterday I bought fuel at my local garage for £135.99 p.l. (diesel) and when I returned home from my jaunt the same garage had raised it to £138.99 -:eek:
Never seen a price rise so fast and so much!

£138.99 for diesel? Where do you live Gers, the top of Everest? morning! The site seems really slow today, dont know if its me, but its taken ages to post this.
I've had trouble too RR! - very slow to load up.
Day off today:j its very tiring doing a 6 day week, hard to find time to do everything at home.
I'm off to get my eyes tested this morning - need some new prescription sunglasses, plus my Uncle has been diagnosed with Glaucoma and its been advised we all get tested again.
I'm off to Ludlow, coffee with a friend and a nice browse round the charity shops.:)
Made another pizza the other night using the Aldis pizza base mix - very easy to use and delicious.:T it was under a pound a bag and I'll get 4 big deep pan ones out of it.(says 6 on the bag but we like the big and deep)
Think I'm coming down with a cold - not a suprise as my work colleague has been sneezing everywhere:mad:
Hope everyone's well, didn't read or post here yesterday.
 Have a great day all
take care xDo what you love :happyhear0

            Morning All
Didn't get a chance to post yesterday the day sort of ran away with me lol..
It always seems quiet on here when the suns out I think we all get the cleaning, gardening and 'lemme out' bug :rotfl:
I love being home but even I've been a bit stir crazy this year due to enforced stays indoors with the snow and the cold weather.
You wouldn't think I've got a tiny garden the amount of time I spend out there..god help me if I had acres
Doing the front today should be fun..I normally get collared by all the neighbours and end up doing about 5 mins work and 3 hrs chatting..not that I talk a lot :rotfl:
 Have a great day all

Morning all. Another lovely day her. Stripped all the covers off the suite and bunged them in the washing machine, only to discover 2 minutes after the wash had started that my wee one had sneaked off with 2 of them, which are now going to be washed with whatever else I can find to put in with them!!!!
Trying to fix the wheel on my buggy which fell off. Got instructions through from Quinny, but it is till a bit wobbly.
Just realised yesterday after a day of baking that the 4 bags of plain flour that I ordered from AP are actually SR:eek:.
Bummer, as I was thinking I could add baking powder and use them for all my baking for the next few months. Lots of my regular recipes use plain flour. Oh well. At least I won't have to buy any more sr flour for ages, but I have limited space to put plain flour, which I am going to have to go out and buy now! Have to have a nose around and find out if I can use sr flour to make pastry. I suspect not, but there must be a thread on here somewhere.
Other than cleaning, tidying, cooking, not a lot else going on here.
Have good days all.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These
(he points to some plastic cows on the table) are very small; those (pointing at some cows out of the window) are far away... :D:D0 :D:D0

 Up showered and dressed
The sun is trying to get out, but I saw some wet drizzly stuff on the windows. Off to stock the food cupboards up today.
Taplady - Glaucoma in the family means free eye tests once you reach 40 - which will not be for years yet :j:j

Hi Ya Chums, yesterday my pal came down for a couple of days and we went to Maidstone and had lunch and then to the cinema. We managed to get some new nets for my two back bedroom windows in Dunelm that didn't break the bank and after the movies we stopped off at a carpet place and I bought a new dark pink carpet for the spare room which my pal is laying for me at the moment .She has been a real gem and so enthusiastic about the decor in there. She has transformed a dark and gloomy looking spare room into a bright and warm looking on and I am so pleased. We go away in just over three weeks time for a week so I will give her some treats whilst I'm away as she won't take anything for all of her work.Good friends like her are hard to find but having found them you hang onto them .Her husband will be home for 'Oz' next week so she will be rushing around spoiling him I expect.
Well time to go and get some coffee on as she seems to run on endless supplies of caffiene Hope you all have a good day.its bright and sunny here in north Kent at the moment and my washing is blowing well on the line
 Take care all

            Morning all
Beautiful day here today.I love being home but even I've been a bit stir crazy this year
This is how I feel at the moment. I'm too drowsy to go to work so have to stay home. I'm not feeling nauseous today :j but I gotta find a way to work with these tablets. I hate being stuck at home! Think I'll go for a little walk later. There have been lots of lorries loaded with huge boulders been dropped off by the seafront this week so I want to investigate. I think they are just shoring up the sea wall with them, but it will kill a bit of time watching them. I also may walk to the local shop (10mins walk) and buy some magazines to read.B-B The great Techie Board pointed me here for a slow running pc. Think they need to make it a sticky.
This is also on my list of things to do this week whilst on enforced sick leave (can you tell I'm bitter about it?! :rotfl:). My laptop is very slow at moment, and too full.
OS wise - DW went on overnight and has been emptied. Need to put BM on and put away laundry. If I go out for walk I'll empty bins and recycling too.
 Have a good day all
