Yes you are Mike whilst THEY,the ones who are PAID to protect us are till trying to brush it all under the carpet and think by saying 'We are tougheningup' it will all be cured.
We are still victims but I suppose they consider us as collateral damage.

At the end of the day millions of pounds missing and who is going to compensate us ? we all know the answer to that dont we.

Today is the day that my Wife and Myself just like many others apply for bankruptcy, is this fair ? definately not, yet it will become something that we have to live with as part of our every day lives.

I've spent a lot of time reading about this Company, it came about because I was 'conned' by their sister Company and they were: CMD Finance Limited currently in Administration also. Adam Craig Roberts was his name, he left - suddenly. I did a research on Directors listing at Companies House, it seemed that a lot of Directors came and went and didn't stay very long. Same set up as DCM. CMD charged my Card for £995, I'm out of work, have been for 2 years, struggling, you know what I'm saying. My husband is on long term sick and our outgoings are more than our incomings. I'm normally very intelligent when it comes to people like this and I don't trust anyone but I gave over my card details and then retracted the whole thing. However, they charged my card and on my statement it has DCM Money Solutions of Hope Road in Notts. I researched this Company, and discovered that John Baird died and his brother Simon took over. Now I'm sure that when I rang to try and get my money back for no service or anything else really, I spoke to a Simon, could be the same guy, I think it was. He told me that they were going into liquidation and that I could phone the receivers. What i've done is get my Credit Card Company on to it, I have the right of refund under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and I suggest if anyone else has been put into the same position, do the same thing. In any event, I cannot pay it. No job, no money. I was brought up to respect others and show honour and integrity at all times. I hate people who steal from others, life is tough enough and I've worked hard for mine since before I left school. I have to say that in all honesty, I don't blame the staff who worked for these dispicable people, but... I do know this, I would gather every bit of information in my memory if nothing else and take it all to the authorities and let just about everyone know about them. These people have to be stopped from doing this again under a new Company name because they will. Companies House have no power to stop anyone buying and operating a Company. Once these people get hold of a Company, victims like you and me will trust them.

I welcome you to the forum and thank you kindly for your valuble post Although I do have a question for you, and that is, after reading previous posts, what knowledge have you gained from reading them, other than you can tell the relevant authorities of the problem over and over again until you are blue in the face. Have you been in touch with any authority ????? if so, what was the outcome if you dont mind me asking..:)
